Service Costs
Our service operates on annual subscription. This allows the client to be linked to up to 50,000 entries/year on a “mix & match” basis: This means for example, you can ask us to identify a total of 30,000 investigators spread over 20 or more countries, 15,000 research site administrators and 5,000 sites across a selection of countries. All other services we offer are charged individually depending on the volume and complexity. Ask for our rate card so you can see our “fee for service” structure.

Clients can approach investigators or sites directly without any reference to us or if they prefer we can organise this on behalf of the sponsor. Happy to discuss these options with clients.

PATIENT RECRUITMENT VIA PHARMACY SEARCH AND SCREENING
Pharmigenix has formed a network of approximately 100,000 pharmacies and pharmacist-owners across Europe.
Our coverage includes the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Austria. We inform Pharmacists in writing on the new study details asking them to look into their records to identify patients who have been diagnosed with the disease/indication of interest and are currently taking or have taken at the past relevant medications. Identified patients are then contacted by the Pharmacist and briefed in relation to the novel study medication that is available. Pharmigenix provides pharmacists with screening material (in collaboration with the sponsor or delegated CRO) so identified patients who are finally referred to sites have great chances to fulfil the study entry eligibility criteria. Usually, Pharmacists are very motivated in conducting this kind of screening programs, across all countries, and the outcome in boosting patient recruitment can be significantly high, reaching figures up to 45% (depending upon the indication of interest). Study Feasibility, Scientific & Medical Advisory Boards
Our investigators can take part in feasibility studies designed by the sponsor and also to any other remote research like market research.
We organize the feasibility study communication plan and deliver questionnaires to all parties involved. We monitor investigator’s response and advise clients if further action needs to be taken so responses are received within stated timelines. Pharmigenix processes and analyzes feasibility responses according to criteria set by the client. Feasibility reports are delivered within stated timelines. Scientific & Medical Advisory Boards: We know that scientific and medical advisory boards play an important role in the conduction of complex studies as sponsors need to get expert advice on complex matters which are likely to determine the success of the study. We use our expertise to identify and recruit distinguished scientists or clinicians, mostly from the academic world, to set up an advisory board or a committee.
